For the trade

Subcontract aluminium installation

Local fitting across the North West for fabricators and contractors based elsewhere. Your product, your client, our labour — without two fitters, two hotel rooms and three days of travel.

Who this is for

Aluminium fabricators and trade suppliers with a job outside their own patch. Fit-out and shopfitting contractors working nationally. Glazing companies with more work on than fitters available. Builders and main contractors who need the aluminium package fitted properly without subbing the whole lot out.

Why it is cheaper than sending your own team

A two-man team sent two hundred miles costs you their day rate, a van off your other jobs, fuel, and two hotel rooms a night. If the job overruns, or if the survey was out and something needs remaking, you pay for all of it twice.

A local fitter costs you one rate and no travel. If a snag comes up three weeks later, it is an hour of someone's morning rather than another trip up the motorway. For most jobs outside your region that difference is the whole margin.

What we do

  • Installation of windows, doors, screens, shopfronts, curtain walling and entrances
  • Bifolds, sliders and lift-and-slide systems
  • Pre-fabrication survey, so you cut to real sizes rather than drawing sizes
  • Remedial and snagging visits on work fitted by others
  • Glazing-only visits where the frames are already in
  • Door hardware and automation install and set-up

Systems

Over twenty years across Cortizo, Schüco, Senior, Reynaers, Smart, Comar and Kestrel, among others. You will not be talking us through your own system, and we can read a cutting list and a fabrication drawing without a phone call every hour.

Survey before you fabricate

The single most expensive thing that goes wrong on a remote job is a structural opening that does not match the drawing. We can survey and send you measured sizes before anything is cut, which costs a fraction of remaking a screen.

How we work with you

We work to your programme and report to your contracts manager. We carry our own public liability cover, provide RAMS for the job, and hold a CSCS card for site access. Invoicing is per job or per day, whichever suits how you price your work.

We do not approach your client, we do not leave our details on site, and we do not quote work you have introduced us to. If you want us in unbranded workwear, that is fine.

Coverage

Routine cover across Merseyside, Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Lancashire. Further afield for larger packages where the programme justifies it — see areas we cover.

What to send for a price

Elevations or a schedule, the system, the quantity, the address and the programme dates. That is normally enough for a day rate or a fixed price by return.

Send a photograph and a rough size and you'll usually get a figure the same day.
