Based in the North West, with routine call-out cover across Merseyside, Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Lancashire. Contract and project work undertaken nationwide.
These are the areas we cover for reactive repairs and planned servicing, where we can usually attend within normal response times.
For planned replacement schemes, multi-site servicing contracts and specialist work such as reception hatches and bespoke screens, we work nationwide. If you manage a portfolio of sites across more than one region, that is normal for us rather than an exception.
If you are outside the list above, it is still worth asking. Mileage outside the routine call-out area is charged separately and quoted up front, so there are no surprises on the invoice. For a larger job the travel is usually immaterial against the value of the work.
A photograph of the door or window, a rough size, and the postcode. That is normally enough for a figure the same day, and it tells us whether the part needs ordering before we travel.
