Replacement & new work
Measured, fabricated and installed. Thermally broken, powder coated or anodised to your specification, with the existing opening surveyed properly before anything is ordered.
Older aluminium frames have no thermal break, which is why they run with condensation and cost a fortune to heat around. Modern systems carry a polyamide thermal break between the inner and outer chambers. On a replacement scheme that is usually the single biggest improvement to the building, and it is what makes the numbers work for Building Regulations.
Every job starts with a measured survey. Existing openings are rarely square, structural openings rarely match the drawings, and access determines as much of the cost as the product does. Surveying properly before ordering is what stops a job going wrong on installation day.
Polyester powder coating to any RAL colour, including dual colour where the inside and outside differ. Anodised finishes where the specification calls for it. Standard commercial choices are RAL 7016 anthracite grey, RAL 9005 jet black and RAL 9910 white, but anything is available to order.
Most commercial replacement happens in a building that cannot close. That means phased working, temporary screens and make-safe at the end of each day, and in retail and education it often means out of hours. It is worth raising at survey stage, because it affects the programme more than the product does.
Send a photograph and a rough size and you'll usually get a figure the same day.
